One of the first questions people ask when they meet me is, “what time do you get up in the morning?” I actually get a kick out of saying 1:45! I follow up with “Yes, it’s tough, and No, you never get used to it!.”
Moving to Tampa in 2003 was a homecoming for me. I was born and raised in the Panhandle and graduated from Bethune Cookman College in Daytona Beach.
Prior to Tampa, I worked as a news anchor in Montgomery, Mobile, Phoenix and Atlanta.
My husband, Dave and I have two beautiful daughters, Riley and Ryan.
It is an honor bringing you the news every morning and afternoon. Thank you for starting your day with us.
