Lynae Miyer

Lynae Miyer is excited to join the KSL Weather Team and explore the wonders of nature in the great state of Utah. Lynae grew up in Central Texas with plenty of hot weather and severe thunderstorms. In fact, it was her initial fear of severe storms that sparked here interest in weather and eventually led her to become a meteorologist.

Lynae fell in love with Utah while on a geology trip she took in college. When the opportunity to join KSL and forecast real winter weather, she had to jump at the chance.

Lynae is a member of the American Meteorological Society has earned their Broadcast Seal of Approval. Lynae was born and raised in Waco, Texas, and graduated from Baylor University
